Welcome to Easy Photo Scans. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Easy Photo Scans offers on-site photo digitization services. This includes high-resolution scanning of physical photographs and basic enhancements, depending on the selected package.
2. Photo Preparation
To ensure the safety of your photos, all prints must be removed from albums, frames, envelopes, or boxes prior to your session.
We do not handle the removal of delicate or fragile items and reserve the right to reschedule or adjust service if items are not ready for scanning.
3. Delivery Options
Photos will be delivered digitally via a secure cloud link, with access available for 30 days following the session. Delivery of digital files or physical media will only occur after payment has been received in full.
After the 30-day period, all digital files will be permanently deleted for your privacy.
Depending on the package, additional delivery options may include:

External hard drives

Preloaded digital photo frames
Due to security concerns, we do not connect customer-supplied devices to our scanning equipment.
4. Payment & Pricing
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change but will be confirmed before your session.
Additional charges may apply for extra photos, special enhancements, or hardware.
5. Warranty
All physical storage devices (e.g., USB drives, external SSDs, digital photo frames) purchased from Easy Photo Scans are covered by a 30-day limited warranty, which runs concurrently with the delivery period.
If a purchased storage device fails during this time through no fault of the end user, it will be replaced or repaired at no cost.
No warranty—express or implied—is provided for any third-party cloud storage services, including those referred by Easy Photo Scans.
6. Liability
While every precaution is taken, Easy Photo Scans is not liable for any damage, loss, or degradation of photos provided for scanning.
Clients assume all responsibility for the condition and handling of their original materials.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late cancellations may result in a call-out fee.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your photos are not shared, used, or stored beyond the delivery period unless explicitly permitted by you.
We do not retain personal copies after your content has been delivered and confirmed.
9. Ownership
You retain full ownership of your original photos and digitized copies. Easy Photo Scans claims no rights to your content.
10. Changes to Terms
Easy Photo Scans may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
