About Us

I started Easy Photo Scan after the passing of my father, when I realized that so many of the photos taken of him over the years were tucked away in boxes and albums that rarely saw the light of day.
Just when I needed those photos the most, their physical format made it hard to share or use them. While digitizing services existed, they all required me to send my originals off to a stranger—without knowing exactly where they were going or how they’d be handled. No insurance policy could ever replace those memories if they were lost or damaged.
So, I tried to do it myself on our flatbed scanner. The results were… mixed. The quality was hit-or-miss, and it took several minutes of setup per photo. Multiply that by hundreds, and I quickly realized it wasn’t sustainable. Eventually, I figured it out—but I couldn’t stop thinking, there has to be a better way.
That’s why I started this service: to help families like mine not only preserve, but celebrate their most cherished memories. By coming to your home, your priceless photos never have to leave your sight. I’ll handle and scan them with the care they deserve—and help you bring your memories out of the past and into the present.
